Our campground store is stocked with convenience items you'll need during your stay.

Peak Season Office Hours - Memorial Day through Labor Day

• Thursday from 3 - 9 p.m.
• Friday from 3 - 9 p.m.

Firewood - approved local firewood is available for purchase on-site in the office. Our wood bundles average approximately 45-60 minutes of burn time each and can be purchased at the office/store for $7.00 per bundle plus tax. We provide complimentary delivery of firewood to your site. You won't find a lower price per bundle anywhere in Gilbert, Eveleth or Virginia. 

Ice - we make our own ice on site and are rarely sold out. We can deliver your ice directly to your campsite.

• 5 lb. bags - $3.00 each
• 8 lb. bags - $5.00 each 

Propane Tank Exchange - we offer on-site propane tank exchange for 20 lb. and 30 lb. tanks.

• 20 lb. tank is $22.50 plus tax
• 30 lb. tank is $32.50 plus tax.

Did you forget something? Our campground store is growing with a number of items that people tend to forget to pack so you don't need to spend your vacation time running around Gilbert, Eveleth or Virginia. We have several convenience store items without convenience store prices! 

Here are just some of things you'll find in our store:

• General purpose  - phone chargers, bottled water, soda (Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite) by the can or 6-pack, candy bars, marshmallows, graham crackers (everything you need for making S'mores).
• RV supplies - water pressure regulators, 50-30amp converter plugs, fuses, water hose, wheel chocks, RV toilet paper, black water tank treatment.
• Camping supplies - lighters, tent pegs, tongs, roasting forks, table cloths, cups, cutlery, zipper storage bags, bug spray, batteries.
• Personal care - towels, Tylenol/Advil, Toothbrush/paste.

You can also rent all of the items listed below at our store.

• ​Outdoor games - $5 per day. Games that are not returned will result in a $25 charge to the card on file. 
  • Axe throw
  • Ladder toss 
  • Bean bag toss (corn hole)
  • Bocce ball
• 4 person tent (3 available). You pick an available campsite and we set up your tent before you arrive and take it down when you check-out. This tent is available for $25 per night in addition to your campsite rental. A credit card will be required. Minimum rental age is 18. Damage to this tent will result in a $50 charge. Pets are not allowed in West Forty owned rental tents.
• 2 person tent (2 available). You pick an available campsite and we set up your tent before you arrive and take it down when you leave. This tent is available for $15 per night in addition to your campsite rental. A credit card will be required. Minimum rental age is 18. Damage to this tent will result in a $50 charge. Pets are not allowed in West Forty owned rental tents.
• 10 x 10 pop-up canopy (2 available). We'll deliver the canopy to your campsite and help you set it up. Then we'll take it down after you check-out. This item is available for $15 per night in addition to your campsite rental. A credit card will be required. Minimum rental age is 18. Damage to this tent will result in a $50 charge.
• RV/Camper power adapters - did you forget to bring an adapter? We rent 50-amp to 30-amp pigtails or 30-amp to 20-amp pigtail adapters for $2.50 per night. Don't want to rent? We have each of these items available for sale in our office/store, too!
