Group and Event Services
If you have a large group that will book 15 or more campsites or a special event, we've got some extras that could help significantly improve your camping experience. We're ready to help tailor our services to the needs of your group.
Event Services
- 10% discount for site G3 which includes dedicted access of our pavilion and two, 30 ft camper pads.
- Pavilion party tent rental at $100 per day including tables and chairs for 60 people. There is a two day minimum for all party tent rentals.
- Free setup of a dedicated Group Code to facilitate easy booking for your group attendees
- Free event landing page on our website with easy, step-by-step booking instructions for your guests. You can send a link or we'll create a QR code that you can distribute to your members.
- Assistance with finding local catering services to fit your needs.
- Clubs can add specific add-on items for all event reservations. Collect donations. Sell tickets. We can make this part of the reservation process and write out a check to you at the end of the event!
- If your group is gathering to raise money for a charity, talk to us about providing a raffle donation or directing a portion of our sales during your event to boost your fundraising efforts!
Dedicated Group Codes / Campsite Blocks
Are you a group leader in charge of organizing lodging for your party? Our reservation system gives us the ability to set up campsite blocks for your group by issuing you a Group Code. You can share it with your group so everyone stays together and your campsites don't get booked by someone else, giving the folks in your party time to make their reservation. Setting up a Group Code is free for anyone needing 4 or more campsites. And we will hold the code automatically at no additional cost to you. Interested? Visit our Group Code request page.
