We offer winter storage for RVs, motor homes and campers.

• Campers/RVs cannot be occupied overnight or connected to utilities to be eligible for storage rates.
• Campers may be dropped off for storage between October 7-30.
• The winter storage season is from November 1 until 5 p.m. on April 30. 
• Our storage rate is $75 per month ($450 for six months) plus tax per camper/RV.
• We have 38 campsites that we use for outdoor, winter storage. Campers will be stored on campsites A1-A5, B2-B22 and C1-C12. 
• We accept customers who want to keep their camper in the same campsite 365 days a year. May - October seasonal camping rates and November - April storage rates apply. 

• Campers can start being picked up between May 1-15, 2026 before our busy camping season begins. Campers/RVs may be picked up in April if snow has melted and spring conditions allow. 
• Camper/RV owners who do not pick up their campers/RVs by May 15 will be charged $10 per day plus tax through May 22.
• After May, 22, any campers/RVs left occupying campsites a will be charged our daily camping rate for the site(s) they occupy until they are claimed.

 Campers/RVs stored with West Forty RV Park must be insured by the owner at all times. Proof of insurance is required at the time of drop-off.​ Campers may not be connected to any campground utilities during the storage period.  

West Forty RV Park will lock the front gate on November 1 and will not unlock the gate prior to April 1 for any reason other than owner entry. The campground is monitored by security cameras 24-hours a day, 365-days a year. 

 All winter storage contracts require a credit or debit card on file. The card used must have an expiration date of later than July 1, 2027.
